My idea for this design is that Singapore is home to everyone living there. HDBs (high rise apartment buildings) are home to many Singaporeans and residents since our independence and are an important part of our history, culture and community. Everyone either lives in one or has friends and family who does. My illustration shows a family of HDB characters, relating to the shared experiences that brings people together across generations in Singapore.
