The Meadow where Ferns Grow
"The Meadow where Ferns Grow" is a publication showcasing a series of illustrations that capture the everyday yet treasured stories I witnessed in Farnham, viewed through my perspective as a foreigner living in this tranquil town. From leisurely strolls along the streets to moments spent in the local pub, I've depicted these ordinary yet cherished experiences from my stay in the town. "Farnham" is widely believed to mean "meadow where ferns grow", inspiring the publication's title. This project was awarded the New Talent (Student) Merit Award in the 2023 IJungle Illustration Awards.
